For example, when a client entered the Turkish market as a drainage supplier for construction projects, it faced the significant barrier of local competition with lower prices. To create the revenue opportunities our needed, we repositioned it as a water management company and targeted vertical sectors like architects, airport operators, stadia owners and local government planners, who were looking for solutions to recent flooding problems. By focusing on their Why rather than their WHAT, we helped our client make the breakthrough they needed to succeed.

For example, for a competition for a Turkish online bank, we used a connection with Vogue magazine to offer a prize of tickets to Elton John’s party during the Oscars, with the winners dressed in clothes designed by a high-profile Turkish designer! This campaign triggered a significant increase in banking customers and positioned our client as a very cool brand.

For example, to help our online banking client to attract new consumers, we organised a series of competitions associated with dream holidays (travel/holidays is the number three priority in Turkey after a home and car). Mobile banking customers received entry to a competition for their banking transactions. Over a four-year period, the number of customers are significatly increased and the mobile/internet banking arm became more and more popular in the market.
